Measures on digitization and innovation in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan
27% of the total resources of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan are dedicated to the digital transition.
The plan envisages two main areas of intervention. The first one concerns digital infrastructures and ultra-wideband connectivity. The second one concerns all those interventions aimed to the digital transformation of the Public Administration.

The numbers on FOIA jurisprudence from 2017 to 2020
Four years after the introduction of the FOIA, the Department the Department for Public Administration has collected in a report the results and trends that emerged from the monitoring of the relevant case law.
It has been deleted the 50% minimum threshold of PA’s employees working in smart working
The new rules on smart working of the Law Decree of 30 April 2021 n. 56 are now in force in Italy. By means of these rules it has been eliminated the public administrations’ constraint of the 50% minimum threshold of employees working in smart working.

Guidelines for issuing digital identity to minors are now online
The Agency for Digital Italy has published the guidelines for SPID release to minors. The guidelines define the operating procedures that digital identity operators and service providers must implement in order to allow minors to use online services in safety.
The guidelines on IO App are now in public consultation
The Agency for Digital Italy has published in consultation modality the “Guidelines for telematic access to Public Administration services” within IO App. The Guidelines are published for consultation until June 3, 2021.
