The international rating and marketing agency Leaders League manages market analyzes in the legal sector and produces insights and analyzes in the various sectors of interest of law firms around the world.

The evaluation takes place according to international parameters that take into consideration the value, importance and complexity of the issues addressed by the firm and, above all, based on the evaluations of the clients interviewed.

E-Lex obtained the “highly recommended” study evaluation, placing itself on a par with other important Italian firms, experts in the field of technologies, innovation and telecommunications. In particular, the two shareholders indicated obtained the preferences of the customers and were chosen for the quality and reliability of the services provided, in the extrajudicial and judicial sector.

Ernesto Belisario is a cassation lawyer specializing with honors in Administrative Law and Administration Science at the Federico II University of Naples. He assists companies and public administrations in matters relating to technology law (digitization and dematerialisation, open government, open data, privacy, startups) and administrative law (procurement, construction, urban planning, tax liability and public employment) in the extrajudicial and judicial fields. He is the author of several publications and conducts an intense conference activity.

Giovanni Maria Riccio is a lawyer and Professor of Comparative Law, he teaches Legislation of Cultural Heritage and Entertainment, Copyright and Art Law at the University of Salerno. Graduated with honors, he obtained the title of PhD in “Comparison and civil law”. Author of over one hundred publications in the fields of activity, published by authoritative Italian and international journals, he is, among other things, a member of the “Intellectual Property Law & Technology Program” of the Osgoode Hall Law School, York University (Canada).
