La riforma del Codice dell’Amministrazione Digitale ha obbligato tutte le amministrazioni a individuare un ufficio responsabile per la transizione alla modalità digitale (RTD).
All’ufficio competono tutte le attività finalizzate alla transizione digitale e i conseguenti processi di riorganizzazione necessari alla realizzazione di un’amministrazione digitale e aperta e all’erogazione di servizi facilmente utilizzabili e di qualità. Il responsabile ha poteri di impulso e coordinamento e deve assicurare il rispetto degli obblighi previsti dalle norme vigenti.
Si tratta di un ruolo cruciale per l’innovazione delle amministrazioni che necessita di adeguate competenze tecnologiche, manageriali e giuridiche. È inoltre necessario un continuo aggiornamento di chi lavora nell’Ufficio del RTD e il confronto con le istituzioni che guidano il processo di innovazione dell’amministrazione italiana e la condivisione delle tante buone prassi già messe in pratica da molti enti.
Per questi motivi è nata l’idea di organizzare un Raduno nazionale dei Responsabili per la Transizione al Digitale.
Dopo il successo del primo Raduno, abbiamo deciso di organizzare una seconda edizione prevista per il 13 novembre 2019 al Royal Hotel Carlton di Bologna.
Un’intera giornata di formazione gratuita (dalle 9 alle 17) dedicata ai Responsabili per la transizione al digitale con due plenarie e 16 workshop tematici di approfondimento per analizzare le novità introdotte dal Piano triennale per l’informatica nella PA 2019 – 2021, gli adempimenti in materia di privacy, gli obblighi in materia di accessibilità, sicurezza informatica, acquisti ICT, cloud della PA, riorganizzazione dei processi e trasparenza.
